Pricing of Menus
One Entrée Minimum Pricing 50 people – $13.95 per person
One Starch or extra salad selection Over 90 people – $11.95 per person
One Vegetable or extra salad selection Over 160 people – $9.95 per person
One Salad Selection with Two Entrees – $1.50 additional
Two Beverages Children 0-10 – $4.95
Estimate of numbers required 10 days prior to banquet • Final guest numbers given 72 hours prior to banquet • Deposit of $500.00 required within 90 days of booking • Arrangements for final billing must be made 10 days prior to banquet
Optional Charges
Amber Punch: $10.00 per gallon, Includes cup, beverage napkins, bowl & ladle
Cake Cutting or Dessert Service:
.50 cents per cover, includes disposable plate & fork
Wedding Dessert Buffet Option: Four dessert selections served from dessert table only $1.75 per person

Bridal Tables Include – Table Service Attendant, White Skirting, Linen Covers & Linen Napkins, Chinaware, Glassware & Silverware.
Head Table & Reserved tables serve up to 30 people

Balance Includes
Complete disposable ware as needed, table coverings, salt & pepper, cream & sugar, service equipment, tables, utensils, buffet service personnel and set-up & clean-up at service are from table up.
Additional Optional Charges
Wine, Water Glass or Coffee Cup – 50¢ per person or cover additional.
China with Silverware – .50 cents per person or cover additional.
Linen includes Table Coverings, Napkins & Skirting – $1.00 per person. Separate Linen pricing – $1.75 per Table Covering & – 50¢ per Napkin
